At Hurdweb Solutions we don't pretend to be something we're not.
We're a one man and one woman band. Like most web designers we operate out of our home. Unlike many web designers we don't call our home "Corporate Head Office." We are not upwardly mobile young professionals. We are not out to storm the world over expense account business lunches. We don't employ sales people or telemarketers or use expensive advertising. We rely on personal contacts and referrals and thus have very limited overheads to pass on to our customers.
Mark has been building websites for about 8 years. Until very recently Connie was a teacher and developed skills in different areas of I.T. from Mark; skills that complement his. .
Our websites are often unconventional in that we never uses commercial or open source templates or graphics. Everything we use is created specifically for the job in hand. That's what makes the work fun and creative instead of being a production line.
We'll work with any legitimate business person who wants an internet presence at a reasonable price. We'll handle everything related to your website from purchasing the domain name to hosting your website and maintenance. We'll design your logos or use the one you have, we'll use photos you already have or we'll come out and take them for you if you operate within a distance that makes that economically feasible.
We have old fashioned values and we operate our business by those values. If we say we'll do the job by a certain date it will be done by that date or you'll know the reason why.
