At Hurdweb Solutions our philosophy is to keep websites affordable. Your website needs to be distinctive but it doesn't need to fund your webmaster's caviar lifestyle.
All our websites are custom made but we still don't charge as much as most web site designers. Why is that? Because we have low overheads and we'd rather build up a loyal customer base over the long term than go for the quick buck. To that end we always respond to emails and return phone calls.
At Hurdweb Solutions we believe that your website should showcase your product or service in a clear and easily navigable manner. Your internet customer is looking for information and he or she wants to be able to find it quickly and efficiently. For example, how many websites have you visited lately which have a flash player intro? If you're the kind of person who actually watches these introductions then Hurdweb Solutions is probably not the company for you. On the other hand, if, like us, you find "Loading" warnings annoying and promptly click on the "Skip Intro" button we may be able to do business. Why pay big money for bells and whistles that may put your potential customer off as soon as your page starts to open?

We also work with customers who already have a web presence and already have a good idea of what they want. If you already have your domain name and web space we can work with that too. One of our biggest projects to date has been to rebuild a 50+ page website where the original developer had gone out of business.

Please note that we are happy to work with international customers. The current weakness of the £ versus the US$ and the € could make the credit crunch less painful for US and EU customers! We understand American as well as English (and can spell in American too if neccessary) and Connie is also fluent in French.
